 A poor option...a "must avoid" November 28, 2008

I'm not certain how this battery setup and charger are getting rave reviews. I'm using a Kodak Z1012 IS - which requires the KLIC 8000 LiIon rechargeables. The options regarding this package of batteries, charger, the use in the car, etc...was a good thing...but here's the bad:
1. They don't fit well, in the charger nor the camera (very tight)
2. They held a charge for a minimal amount of time.
3. They died within a month.
I have nothing else to say. Stick with Kodak products...this is an AVOID.

After using these batteries repeatedly with my Kodak EasyShare I'm back at Amazon to find a better battery.
They worked great for about a month. Fast charge, (light went red then green in about 2 hours for me) Battery lasted real well. Now they wont hold any juice at all. My camera shuts down after only a couple pictures are taken and the battery is dead.
Don't mess with the cheap choice in this department, get the real batteries.

I bought this item for my Z1012 and a single charge has provided to be lasting. The car adapter is a plus in those long trips. No complains here. Works nicely, I mean, fair charging time. It was delivery in a timely fashion. I do recommended it

I just purchased my Kodak 1012IS and ordered this batteries and charger from Nextop. WOW! Super amazing deal. When I got the batteries, I charged them right away. I got them before my Kodak arrived. I wanted to be ready. Well, as soon as I got my card, I installed the battery and WOW! Super amazed and happy. I highly recommend this if your getting the Kodak 1012IS. Charger works as advertized and whats cools is that if you forgot to charge the battery, just plug in the car as you travel and WOW, will charge your battery in the car. Amazing. All for less than 27 bucks Delivered! TWO BATTERIES folks, and a charger, and car charger.

Don't keep looking folks, I did the research, I bought it, and I am happy.

I am very happy that I ordered this product. Ordered on Thursday; received Monday. Fully juiced up in about 2 hours: fits nicely in my brand new Z1012 and worked like a charm. It is printed on the battery: 3.6V 1900mah (not 1800) so I get more than advertized. Also, it is printed in the package that it works with input 110V - 240V. It sounded so good, I had to double check. They e-mailed me back the next morning and confirm the happy news: no need to bring voltage converter for overseas - they even provide a European plug adapter! So, for my money, I give 6 stars for exceeding my expectation.
